Storage & Retention
Booking records and account data are stored in our database for operational and legal purposes. Some logs are retained for security and troubleshooting.
Booking Draft Storage: To help you continue a booking later, we store your booking draft in your browser (localStorage) for up to 24 hours. This draft may include dog details and selected dates. You can clear it at any time by starting over or clearing your browser storage.
Sharing with Service Providers
We share limited data with trusted providers only when needed, such as:
- Payment processing (e.g., Stripe) for payment confirmation.
- Email delivery services for booking and account emails.
Cookies
